Join Pattie McCann of Strong Heart Yoga on Wednesday, June 5 at 6:00 pm, at the Civic Center Library, as she shows you how to manage your stress with yoga.
You will learn how the ancient practice of yoga can help relieve you of the stress of managing a busy, modern life. You don’t need to be flexible or strong to start! Everyone is welcome and chairs will be provided.
