We are happy to announce that all Warren Public Library locations are now back open to the public.

Here are the current hours for each branch:

  • Civic Center Library:
    • Monday – Friday, 10:30 am – 3:30 pm, by appointment only.
    • To schedule an appointment you must call the library 24 hours in advance of your appointment. Entry will be on the second floor of City Hall/3rd floor of the City Hall parking structure. For more information, please visit the City of Warren’s COVID-19 Resources page.
  • Arthur Miller Branch Library
    • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Tuesdays, Thursdays: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
  • Dorothy Busch Branch
    • Mondays, Wednesdays: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm
    • Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Maybelle Burnette Branch
    • Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, Saturdays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
    • Tuesdays, Thursdays: 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm

With our reopening there are some new rules that will be in place:

  • Curbside pickup of library materials will only continue at the Civic Center Library on the during the following times through September:
    • Monday, Wednesday: 12:00 pm – 7:30 pm
    • Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 am – 7:30 pm
    • Friday: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm
  • Curbside service has been suspended at the Arthur Miller, Dorothy Busch, and Maybelle Burnette branches.
  • Face masks MUST be worn when entering and using library facilities, and social distancing must be observed.
  • Patrons are limited to 90 minutes a day for computer access, reference, and checkout of materials.
  • The number of patrons allowed in the library at one time is restricted to 25% of building capacity.
