Looking for information to do your taxes? All branches of the Warren Public Library have a selection of the most common Federal and Michigan tax forms available. Can’t find the form you need? Click here to go to our Tax Forms page, where you can find links to Federal, State, and City of Detroit tax forms.

Additionally, most branches have reference books such as J.K. Lasser’s Your Income Tax 2012 should you have tax questions.

Do you need help preparing your taxes? The following provide free tax preparation, provided you meet eligibility requirements.

  • Seniors (60 and older) can get free tax-help through the AARP Tax-Aide Income Tax preparation program. The program is held from 9 am – noon at Warren City Hall on the dates list in the City’s events calendar.
  • Hope Center Macomb offers free tax help if your household income is less than $50,000/family or $25,000/individual. To schedule an appointment, call 586.294.4673.
