In the 1959 film House on Haunted Hill, an eccentric millionaire, played by Vincent Price, invites 5 people to his (haunted) home for a party. Whoever is brave enough to stay for one night will earn $10,000. Loosely based on Agatha Christie’s book, And Then There Were None, this film is said to have inspired Alfred Hitchcock to create his own horror film in 1960–Psycho.

A discussion led by Greg Black, EMU Film graduate, TV Production Specialist for Bloomfield Township, and dedicated film enthusiast, will follow the film.

This event will take place in the Conference Room outside of the Civic Center Library. To register, call 586.574.4564.
