WireToWire

Scott Sparling, author of the novel Wire to Wire, will be visiting the Warren Public Library on Wednesday, June 6 at 7 p.m. as part of the Michigan Notable Book Authors Tour.

Wire to Wire assembles a cast of train-hopping, drug-dealing, glue-huffing lowlifes in a stunning homage to one of our most popular and enduring genres—the American crime novel.

Wire to Wire has received many excellent reviews. Publisher’s Weekly, in a starred review,  called it “well crafted and thrilling…hopping off this runaway train would never cross a readers mind“. Kirkus calls it a “dizzying, speed-laced debut novel“.

Scott Sparling lives near the railroad tracks in Sucker Lake, Oregon, a place that might or might not exist. He grew up in Michigan and graduated from Antioch College in Ohio. He also runs segerfile.comWire to Wire is his first novel.

This event will take place at the Civic Center Library Conference Room. Books will be available to be purchased at signed at this event. To register, call 586-574-4564.
