Grist MillWhile many may consider it a suburb of Detroit, the area that is present-day Warren, MI has a long and unique history all its own, from the early settlers such as Charles Groesbeck  in the 1830s, through the development of industry such as the Tank Arsenal in World War 2 and the GM Tech Center, to the present day.

Join Sue Keffer of the Warren Historical and Genealogical Society on Tuesday, March 14 at 10 a.m. at the Arthur Miller Branch Library to learn more about the history of Warren. Sue will  share stories of our city’s past. This program will include a tour of the local history museum located in the Warren Community Center.
