Download FREE YA eAudiobooks straight to your earbuds this summer, thanks to audiobook publisher’s and AudioFile Magazine’s SYNC campaign!
The goal of the SYNC campaign is to encourage audiobook listening and literacy in young adults. Each week from May 15 – August 20, 2014, SYNC will offer two free audiobook downloads. The audiobook pairings will include a popular YA title and a classic that connects with the YA title’s theme and is likely to show up on a student’s summer reading lists. For example, Cruel Beauty by Rosamund Hodge, a story based loosely on Beauty and the Beast, is paired with Sophocles’ classic, Oedipus the King.
These items are free to download and keep, and can be listened to on a computer or transferred to many popular portable devices. SYNC eAudiobooks are downloaded using OverDrive Media Console, available here.
