Post Traumatic Stress Disorder - RogersRetired police officer L. Ken Rogers will be visiting the Warren Public Library’s Civic Center Library on Wednesday, February 6 at 7:00 p.m. to discuss his book  Post Traumatic Stress Disorder: A Police Officer’s Report.

L. Ken Rogers was a police officer in Pleasant Ridge, Michigan.  His book describes his personal experiences as a police officer, his involvement in the shooting of a barricaded gunman, and the emotional issues that followed. Ken chronicles his struggle with post-traumatic stress disorder and his battle to overcome the pain of leaving the job he loved.

Join us for the program and listen as L. Ken Rogers describes the situations that first responders have to deal with every day.
