Local author Robert Conroy will be visiting the Warren Public Library’s Civic Center Library on Tuesday, December 11 at 7 p.m. to discuss his latest novel of alternate history, Rising Sun.
Rising Sun imagines what would have happened if the U.S. Navy had not defeated the Japanese at the Battle of Midway. Mr. Conroy’s other alternate history novels have been described as “moving and thought-provoking” by Publishers Weekly and “engrossing and grimly plausible. . .the suspense holds up literally to the last page” by Booklist.
